Breastfeeding is an essential part of growing a healthy baby and also a learned behavior. Most women need support when starting to breastfeed or when they encounter an issue. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is an expert who can guide you through this process and help you reach your breastfeeding goals.
You will receive support in the following areas:
- Identifying potential problems
- Proper position latching
- Sufficient milk production
- Efficient infant transfer
- Use and care of breast pump
- Strategies and tools for problem-solving
- Referrals to specialists for diagnosis and treatment
Postpartum Doula
$180 per home visit (4 hours)
A postpartum doula is an experienced nurturing woman who comes to your home and provides educational, emotional, and physical support in the weeks and months following the birth of your baby. This assistance allows you to rest, recover from birth, bond with your baby, focus on establishing successful breastfeeding and smoothly transition into your new role.
Our postpartum doula care includes:
- Expert breastfeeding support with an IBCLC
- Guidance in newborn care & babywearing
- Emotional support and counsel
- Meal planning or preparation
- Sibling support
- Recommendation and connections to local resources

It is meant to encourage physical, emotional and energetic closure after the opening experience of birthing by bringing back warmth into your body, womb and heart

Belly Binding
$150
Bengkung belly wrap provides your postpartum body with complete support to assist abdominal wall muscle retraction, improve posture, stabilize loosened ligaments, and provide support to the torso while vital organs return to their pre-pregnancy size and position. During a belly binding session you will receive a light womb massage to warm and stimulate blood flow to your abdomen. Then, you will be wrapped with a long cotton fabric in the Malaysian traditional method and shown how to recreate it yourself. This wrap is intended to be worn for 4 or more hours each day for the first forty days after birth. Once your cuarentena (forty days) ends, the wrap should be returned.
